I am a registered psychologist (PsyBA MAPS) with a Master of Science in Sport and Performance Psychology. I have worked in a diverse range of settings, including in elite sport with high performing athletes and teams; in the community with young people (Headspace); in corporate environments with leaders; and in private practice with women managing the elusive work/life balance! Additionally, as a qualified ILM Level 7 Executive Coach, I integrate coaching principles into my therapeutic practice if/when appropriate, offering a unique blend of psychology and coaching tailored to your needs.

Hi, I’m Bianca!
I am a Registered Psychologist and Executive Coach devoted to supporting people in thriving and performing at their best.
With over 15 years of experience working in high-performance environments in the UK and Australia, I’ve had the privilege of working with elite athletes on their path to winning medals at the Olympic and Paralympic Games, senior executives and their teams in corporate settings, innovative entrepreneurs in start-ups, and everyday individuals like you and me. Through all these experiences, I've discovered that our wellbeing is fundamental to how we show up, achieve our goals, and enjoy our lives—no matter what those goals may be.
Throughout my career (and life), I've been driven by three key questions
What makes the high performers, high-performers? From elite athletes to entrepreneurs to inspiring leaders.
How can we develop this in ourselves and others without burning out or losing ourselves in the process?
How can we remove the internal blockers and self-defeating patterns which can get in the way of how we would like to show up, experience our life and thrive?

Free Introductory Call
I offer a free 20-minute introductory call or online consultation. This is an opportunity for you to meet me, share your current situation and goals, and ask any questions you may have about the process.

Finding the Right Fit
Starting psychology sessions is an important step, and finding the right therapist is key to a positive outcome. If we decide this is a good fit for you (I’d be honoured to work with you), we can agree on a counselling plan.

Counselling Plan
I typically suggest meeting for 6 weekly or fortnightly sessions, followed by a review to ensure you are finding it helpful. Sessions are 50 minutes and take place online via Zoom (Telehealth), providing a private and confidential space for our work together.

Short- and Long-Term Counselling
I offer both short- and long-term counselling, with regular reviews to keep our work on track and make adjustments as needed. This flexible approach ensures that our sessions continue to meet your evolving needs and goals.
