At Well2Perform, I strive to offer flexible and accessible support tailored to your needs. Understanding that every client has unique personal and professional commitments, I ensure that my fee structure is straightforward and accommodating. Below, you’ll find detailed information about session costs, available rebates, and important policies to help you plan your treatment with confidence.
Fees & Rebates

General Psychologist Session (1:1)
$200 total | 50 min
($92.90 rebate)
Private Paying Clients
$200 total | 50 min
(Check with your health insurer if eligible for any rebate).

Medicare Rebates
For Australian clients, Medicare rebates are available for up to 10 sessions each year with a General Practitioner (GP) or Psychiatrist referral and a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP).
Medicare rebates are also available for Telehealth consultations.
Please note, you do not require a GP referral to attend psychology sessions, it is simply an option to aid with fees.

Private Health Rebates
You may be eligible for a partial reimbursement for psychology fees through your private health fund.
Please contact your health fund directly for further information.
Please note that you are not able to claim for private health insurance rebates if you are already accessing Medicare rebates for your session.
Reports
Written reports (including school and work-related letters) are typically invoiced at the sessional rate (as above outlined). Please note, we are unable to complete medico-legal, family court or forensic reports.
Cancellation Policy
We respect that your time is valuable and appreciate that you understand ours is too.
With session times in high demand, we require at least 24 business hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
